ADVICE FOR YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM

Many people use their laptops largely as desktop replacements, using them on the desk and leaving them plugged in most of the time. These people would do well not what their laptop batteries charge constantly. Although there's no danger of "overcharging" lithium-ion batteries, leaving a laptop plugged in for months at a time will have a detrimental effect on its battery. If you use your laptop as a desktop replacement, try unplugging it when it's not in use

Use the following tips to give your computer a good condition
1. Keep your work area clean.
2. Save your work often.

3. Hold disks and CD-ROMs by the edges.
4.Close all progams before you shut down your computer.
5. Don't bring food or drinks near your computer.
6. Dust your computer and shake dirt out of the keyboard.
7. Keep magnets away from your computer and disks.  Magnets can erase information.
8. always use your laptop bag to carry your laptops.
9. keep your laptop out of reach of children.

The following tips will help avoid laptop batteries from getting too warm.
1. Don’t put it on your lap or on thermal insulating materials such as cushion.
2. Try to avoid charging the battery while you are working with the laptop. Charging the batteries increases your laptop’s temperature. The problem is that the CPU, the graphics card and the hard disk also heat up your laptop, which adds to the temperature increase experienced when charging the battery. Many vendors deliver their laptops with software that allows you to disable charging. You also can remove the battery while you are working on AC current.
3. Make sure the laptop’s ventilation can always work properly. Don’t place objects before the ventilation systems opening. Don’t run or charge the laptop while it is in its case
4. Don’t leave the laptop in the car or under the sun in summer. Use a bike. It keeps your laptop battery cool and your own battery healthy. And too much sun exposure causes only skin cancer anyway.
